ABOUT ME
My name is Carolina Ronquillo Luna, I am a peruvian writer, pre-columbian history addict, Le Cordon Bleu Perú cook and a traveling lover. I started my career focusing in haute cuisine, oenology and pisco tastings but found true calling in the ancient history, especially the mysteries and gastronomy of the pre-columbian cultures that are the origin of what we now call Perú.
